I believe this flower is from an exotic forest where there’s rain…
May Jesus, our Lord, make all your pathways today plain…

Just as this flower is unique, you’re very special to Him…
His love for you is ever-present, and it will never dim…

Can’t help but think of those He loves but who are persecuted…
Dear Lord, may their freedom from their captors be executed…

We thank You for releases through supernatural acts…
of Your hand, Lord, despite the harsh reality facts…

We pray for those who are enemies of those of Christian mind–
to turn to the Gospel themselves and that their Savior they will find.

P. A. Oltrogge

“Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burden, the God who is our salvation. God is to us a God of deliverances; and to God, the Lord, belong escapes from death.”
Psalm 68:19-20 for faith in a dark hour

“…the effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.” James 5:16

1 Timothy 1:12-16 (PHILLIPS)
My debt to Jesus Christ by the Apostle Paul

“I am deeply grateful to our Lord Jesus Christ (to whom I owe all that I have accomplished) for trusting me enough to appoint me his minister, despite the fact that I had previously blasphemed his name, persecuted his Church and damaged his cause. I believe he was merciful to me because what I did was done in the ignorance of a man without faith, and then he poured out his grace upon me, giving me tremendous faith in, and love for, himself. This statement is completely reliable and should be universally accepted:—’Christ Jesus entered the world to rescue sinners.’ I realize that I was the worst of them all, and that because of this very fact God was particularly merciful to me. It was a kind of demonstration of the extent of Christ’s patience towards the worst of men, to serve as an example to all who in the future should trust him for eternal life.”
