Bold Believers Speak, Sing, (and Give) in Faith

“For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” Mark 11:23-24 (NKJV)

We’re Jesus’ bold believers, who have faith about our prayers–He said that we could pray in faith and then follow up as “sayers.” “Say unto this mountain,” and its removal will come to pass, was a basic rule that He had taught in His discipleship class.

“He will have whatever he says,” is exactly the word He used; yet criticism of those who do this has caused His principle to be refused. Some may be inspired to practice it, but give up, and say that it’s too hard, for when applying faith to gain an inch, it can seem the devil takes a yard.

That’s why we’re told to persevere, holding fast to the truth of God’s Word. Read and meditate and say it–until that “mountain’s” heard!

…and remember to resist doubt (as stated in Mark 11:23-24) “…and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” Mark 11:23 (Doubtful thoughts may come to our minds, but that doesn’t mean they are in our hearts.)

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” Hebrews 10:23

“Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.” 1 Thessalonians 5:21

“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:15-16

“Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1:7 KJV

“The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.” Proverbs 28:1

“Be exalted, O Lord, in Your own strength! We will sing and praise Your power.” Psalm 21:13

“But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning; For You have been my defense and refuge in the day of my trouble. To You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; For God is my defense, my God of mercy.” Psalm 59:16-17

A thought from Oral Roberts on this was to first plant a seed (into God’s kingdom) and then speak to the mountain.

“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:38

…Confession: I say, I have the supernatural, overcoming power of God ruling in my life!

The wrong shall fail…the right prevail. “Impossibilities” take place by God’s mercy and grace.

“Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving;
Sing praises on the harp to our God,
Who covers the heavens with clouds,
Who prepares rain for the earth,
Who makes grass to grow on the mountains.” Psalm 146:7-8
